Below, you will find information for both our 1-hour Standard Photo Session and our 15-Minute Micro Photo Session.

This is amazing! I want to hire a Sweet Monkey Photographer. What's the first thing I should do?

The first thing you should do is contact us. You can contact us by clicking or tapping any of the Contact Us buttons on our website. That will take you to our "Sweet Monkey Message Center" where you'll find our Contact Us form.  On our Contact Us form you'll be asked to please provide:

  • Your contact information.

  • Your preferred method of communication? (phone, text, email?)

  • The best day  to reach you.

  • The best time of day to reach you.

  • Some basic information about your photography needs.

What should I expect after I fill out and submit your contact form?

After you fill out and submit our Contact Us form, please allow up to 24-hours for one of our Sweet Monkeys to get back to you. Our main goal in connecting with you is to have, or to schedule a FREE 15-minute Pre-shoot Call with us. 

What should I expect from my FREE 15-minute Pre-shoot Call?

During your FREE 15-minute Pre-shoot Call  we will:

  • Discuss and assess the details of your photography needs.

  • Make any necessary recommendations to make your session as seamless as possible.

  • Identify the location and lighting conditions of your photo session.

  • Review our deposit requirements and pricing structure.

  • Receive payment of your deposit.

  • Email you our contract to date, initial, and sign. 

  • Schedule your photo session at your specified location.

Why do I have to pay a deposit?

Our deposit requirement policy is in place to minimize no-shows, postponements, and cancellations. No worries though - there is good news! Your deposit will be credited toward your final invoice. 

Why do I have to sign a contract?

Our contract adds another level of professionalism to our business which mutually benefits you (Client), as well as, Sweet Monkey Photography (Photographer). We require all clients to sign our Sweet Monkey Digital Portrait Photography contract prior to scheduling their photo session. Why? To ensure our client's satisfaction and understanding of all of the services we provide. In order for a healthy working relationship to function smoothly there must be mutual understanding of individual roles, expectations, and responsibilities. Plus, let's face it - life happens! Our Sweet Monkey contract lays out guidelines for both parties to address unforeseen situations when life happens like bad weather, illnesses, cancellations, postponements, and no-shows. In addition, our contract explains rescheduling, rescheduling fees, refund policy, reshoot policy, deliverables, codes of conduct, and much more. 

Our contract is meant to be used as a roadmap providing guidance for all parties. It minimizes confusion and ensures your customer experience is as positive as possible. Our contract sets the proper expectations so there are no surprises for anyone as we work together. Yes, we love to have fun, but we are a business first and foremost. We take our roles as professionals very seriously and hold ourselves to a high professional standard. Our contract reinforces this commitment.

Can I read your contract right now before signing up with you?

Yes! Of course you can! Actually, we love it when our clients read our contract and keep their signed copy for their records because it explains everything you need to know about working with us. You'll find it's mutually beneficial to you, the client, as well as, for us, Sweet Monkey Photography. Click the relevant contract icon below to review our Sweet Monkey contract.

How do I sign your contract? 

Simple! We will email you a link to our cloud-based contract. Then, using a cell phone, tablet, or computer you can sign, date, initial, and check any checkboxes relevant to your photo session, then click or tap "Submit". Once you click or tap "Submit", our system will automatically email you a copy of the completed contract signed, dated, and initialed by both parties. Please keep a copy of this contract for your records. 

I've paid my deposit and signed the contract. Now what?

Once your deposit has been paid and the contract has been signed, we will schedule a date and time for your photo session at your location of choice. 

Could you explain your pricing structure and deposit requirement in more detail?

Pricing Structure and Deposit Requirement for our 1-hour Standard Photo Session

  • $200 for up to 1-hour photo session duration. (1-hour Standard Photo Session)

  • $95 for each additional hour beyond the first photo session hour.

  • $100 deposit and signed contract required before scheduling your photo session.

  • Photographer will deliver your final, retouched photographs via your email with a password-protected cloud storage link.

  • 100% Satisfaction Guarantee or your money back. 

Pricing Structure and Deposit Requirement for our 15-Minute Micro Photo Session:

  • $95 for up to 15-minute session duration. (15-Minute Micro Photo Session)

  • $75 for each additional blocks of 15-minutes after the first 15-minutes.

  • Limited to four 15-minute blocks of time (1-hour).

  • $50 deposit and signed contract required before scheduling your photo session.

  • Photographer will deliver your final, retouched photographs via your email with a password-protected cloud storage link.

  • 100% Satisfaction Guarantee or your money back.  

How does the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee work?

If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your photos after your original photo session we will schedule a second photo session with you to reshoot your photos - FREE of charge. There will be no additional cost for the second reshoot photo session. If you are still not 100% satisfied with your reshoot photo session we will refund ALL of your money, including your deposit of either $100 or $50, respectively. At this point we will do our best to figure out what we could have done differently and done better to have met your expectations. Properly self-assessing our work is crucial to our client's satisfaction and improving as an organization. 

How do I pay the deposit and my final invoice?

Technology is amazing. We will email you an invoice for your $100 deposit or $50 deposit which you can pay online via a debit or credit card.

Similarly with your final invoice, we will email your final invoice which you can also pay online via a debit or credit card. And remember, your $100 deposit or $50 deposit will be credited toward the balance of your final invoice. 

How does the analysis, review, edit, and selection process of the final images work? Who decides which final photos I will receive?

Your Sweet Monkey photographer reserves the right to analyze, review, and select your final images from your photo session. You hired professionals. That is why we ask each of our clients to grant Sweet Monkey Photography full authority, discretion, and autonomy in conducting their professional analysis, review and selection of your final photo session images. As experts, Sweet Monkey Photography will only present you with the best visual portrayals from your photo session as your final images.

This policy is in place for two main reasons:

  1. To prevent confusing back-and-forth correspondences requesting image edits on images referencing the INCORRECT image identification numbers. This creates total chaos for everyone.

  2. To decrease the amount of time it takes your Sweet Monkey photographer to complete their post-processing edit process.

 

Please don't forget, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your final images, we offer a free, one-time reshoot. And if you are not completely satisfied with your images from your free one-time reshoot, Sweet Monkey Photography will refund ALL of your money - including your deposits paid. 

How many images should I expect to receive from my photo session?

Sweet Monkey Photography reserves the right, as the expert, to have full discretion to analyze, review, edit, and select the number of the best final images which will be post-processed and delivered to you, the client.

 

We love this question because most of clients don't realize there are times during a shoot one of our Sweet Monkey photographers will capture 300+ images - and much more. Our experience has shown most clients understand that the number of final images delivered will not contain all the images captured during the photo session. 

How do I get my photos from Sweet Monkey Photography?

Once we receive payment of your final invoice, your Sweet Monkey photographer will email a link to a password-protected, cloud-storage photo gallery for you to download your final retouched images. For your convenience, the link to your cloud-storage photo gallery will be active for one year from the date you were emailed the link.
